UPDATE: Shadow of the North ver. a0.35

Changes:

- adjusted colors in game slightly

- added idle camera sway

- mist is slightly less thick at the start of the game

- added distance blur (depth of field)

- made cursor react when being hovered at a coin in range

- adjusted enemy ai and fixed some of its bugs

- adjusted time interval between enemy teleports and distance
